Student Registration

2025-2026 School Year
 
The registration form for 2025-2026 school year will be available on April 1, 2025. Please check back after that date to register your child for the upcoming school year.
 
Kindergarten cutoff: Your child must turn 5 on or before 9/1/2020.

  1. Birth Certificate
  2. Current immunizations are required for enrollment in public schools in Vermont. 
  3. Proof of Residency - please provide two or more from the list below
      • Signed Lease Agreement or Purchase and Sale Contract
      • Current Utility Bill at Milton Address
      • Current Year Milton Property Tax Bill
      • Valid Driver's License at Current Milton Address
      • Letter from Town of Milton showing proof of Voter Registration
 
Enrollment in the Milton Early Education Program (PreK) must be confirmed with the Early Childhood Coordinator prior to registration.
