Education/Experience

I graduated from Elmira College with a B.S. in Speech and Language Disabilities and then went to UVM where I received my M.S. in Communication Sciences. I completed a placement during graduate school at Milton Elementary and was hired as an elementary Speech-Language Pathologist upon graduating. After almost 15 years in that position, I expanded my role to include Student Services Teacher Leader, supporting student services across the elementary school. In the fall of 2022, I accepted the district position of Assistant Director of Student Services and am currently working toward my administrative licensure. 

Interests/Hobbies

While not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family (my husband and son). We currently have a cat and over a dozen chickens! We like to hike, explore new places, cook together, and play Mario Kart and board games.

I grew up outside of Rutland, Vermont and graduated from high school in a class of 34 students.
